He started CHAMS 27 years ago as the first indigenous computer maintenance outfit. Over the years, the company has pioneered many new technologies and provided intelligent solutions to a wide range of public and private initiatives. Some of his achievements in the field of IT practice include the first wide-area-network on PCs in Nigeria, the first company to venture into card technologies in Nigeria and the Guinness Book of Records recognition for Chams City Innovation.

With a commitment and passion to provide solutions that leads to the enhancement of the living standards of the Nigerian people, he led the team that won the concession on the Identity Management Program in Nigeria among other trail blazing efforts in Nigeria.

Demola is acknowledged as the brain behind the success of the first e-payment card in Nigeria birthed by the Valucard project working with a consortium of 5 indigenous Banks. Demola was also part of the first Chief Executive Program at the Lagos Business School (LBS) and now serves as the President of the Lagos Business School Alumni Association (LBSAA). He is the immediate Past President and a Fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society (FNCS), a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and a fellow of the Computer Professional Registration Council (CPN). He is the Chairman, Board of Trustees: Volunteer Corps, a non-governmental organization committed to professional volunteerism for public school education. Demola also served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of SmartCard Society of Nigeria.

Mr. Okonkwo assumed duties as Managing Director/CEO with effect from January 2014.Until his appointment as the MD/CEO he was the Executive Director in charge of South Directorate of the bank. He holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Benin and an MBA, Banking and Finance from Enugu State University. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) of INSEAD and has also attended other senior-level programs at world-renowned institutions. Before joining Fidelity, Okonkwo was the Head of the Corporate Banking Directorate in (UBA) and had at various times been the MD&CEO of UBA, Ghana and the Regional Chief Executive Officer of all UBA Subsidiaries in Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone and comes with over 25 years’ experience in various areas of banking.

[accordion title=’Mrs Kehinde Nwani – Founder’ open=’true’]

Mrs. Kehinde Nwani founded Meadow Hall in 2002. She obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) and was called to the Nigerian Bar over 25 years ago. She practiced law for about 14 years before finally deciding to pursue her lifelong passion of setting up an educational institution.

To adequately equip her for this, she obtained a Montessori diploma, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (International) PGCEi and subsequently a Masters degree in Education from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom.

What began as Meadow Hall Infant and Junior school in 2002 has since grown into an Educational group which consists of the Infant and Junior schools on two sites (Lekki and Ikoyi) and a College in Lekki, with a total population of about 1,100 students.

The Group also includes Meadow Hall Consult Limited, a consulting arm set up to provide customized training and consultancy solutions to the education sector. Spring Meadow Limited, an edutainment company focused on helping children discover and maximize their creativity. Meadow Hall Branchise Limited, a franchising company that engages in selling Meadow Hall Franchises such as the Music Academy, Language School, STEM CENTRE, Meadow Hall Foundation, a Non-profit making Organization focused on CSR projects and other charitable initiatives.

[/accordion][accordion title=’Mr. Ola Opesan’ open=’true’]Mr Opesan’s passion for education stems from his natural curiosity and his insatiable appetite for learning. He trained as a secondary school Maths teacher (PGCE) after a first degree in Business Studies (Marketing) and a Masters in Mass Communications from the University of Leicester. Having worked several jobs before joining the teaching profession, Mr Opesan took on departmental responsibility within his first year of teaching. Soon after changing his school he became the Head of Maths. Later in the same school, George Mitchell, London E11, he gained whole school responsibility as an Assistant Head teacher in charge of Assessment and Reporting. In 2007, Mr Opesan relocated to Lagos as the founding Principal of Meadow Hall College. During his first stint at Meadow Hall, in addition to his College role, the progress of Infant School and Junior School students fell within his ambit when he was designated Education Director of Meadow Hall. Mr Opesan is a highly sought-after trainer in the field of education. He has worked with many educational consultancies, such as Meadow Hall Consult, School Run and BEC (British Education Consultants). He has been privileged to facilitate seminars in renowned institutions such as the University of Lagos, Cambridge University, England, Abuja, Warri and Port Harcourt. Prior to returning to full-time work at Meadow Hall as the Head of School, with an oversight of the Lekki site and the new site in Ikoyi, Mr Opesan spent two years working with James Hope College, Agbor and the AISEN (Association of International School Educators of Nigeria) Head Office. Mr Opesan is a keen sportsman, and a published author who is blessed with two wonderful children currently at university.

[accordion title=’Hon. Justice Ayobode Lokulo-Sodipe’ open=’true’]

Hon. Justice Lokulo-SodipeHon. Justice Lokulo-Sodipe; is a Justice of the Court of Appeal, Ekiti Division. He was sworn in on the 15th of February 2008 and served in Abuja, Enugu and Benin Divisions till April 2014 when he was posted to his present duty post at the Ekiti Division. Among numerous positions held, he was a member of the Gubernatorial/ State Assembly Elections Petitions Tribunal for Anambra and Cross River States respectively in 1999 and a member of the National Assembly, Governorship and Legislative Houses Election Petitions Tribunal for Benue State in 2003. He was the Chairman of the Law Reporting Committee of Ogun State Judiciary from December, 2001 to January, 2008. Hon. Justice Lokulo-Sodipe is married to Mrs. Afolake Ibironke Lokulo-Sodipe and the union is blessed with two children.

Mrs. Doyin Arueyingho has been an astute businesswoman for over fifteen years, following several executive positions in reputable companies, last of which was Bell view Airlines. She is currently chairman/CEO of Mclila Ventures Limited. Mrs. Arueyingho has held key positions in Nigerian Hoechst as Materials Controller, Labelco Engineering Company Ltd as Corporate Affairs Manager, Redasel Research & Data Services as Senior Marketing Officer and was a Senior Manager with Bellview Airline before founding McLila Ventures Limited. Widely travelled, she has also attended many professional training courses in Nigeria and abroad.

Dr. Sade Akiode is the founder and managing dentist of Choice Dental. She has been providing exceptional quality dentistry and outstanding services to her patients for over 20 years. She received her first dental degree from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife Nigeria and later obtained her DDS degree (Doctor of Dental Surgery) in the State of California after completing the UCLA program for foreign dentists. Over the years, she has had extensive postgraduate advanced training in Cosmetic, laser and Restorative Dentistry, Invisalign, Dental Implants and Root Canal therapy.

She worked for dental groups in the state of California and afterwards set up and ran her own successful private dental practice in North Hollywood, California for over 13 years. By delivering exceptional dentistry, she has attracted a great number of satisfied patients among who are celebrities.

Her international experience helps her to relate to the diverse needs of her patients.

She mentors young dentists and still trains dentists and staff in Los Angeles, California.

OnerhimeOruemu “Rae” Onerhime is an Interior Designer and Image Consultant, philanthropist and motivational speaker. She provides clear visions, leadership and motivation in seemingly tough situations and is adept at mobilizing resources for the needy women and children in our society.

Rae has worked in both the public and private sectors in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. Between 1993 and 1995 she worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), in London where she was exposed to children with grave disabilities and medical challenges. Working closely with various charity groups Rae mobilized support to provide a well-managed play center for Extra-curricular activities for the children. She also put together a database to monitor all gifts and donations from all over the world coming for the children into the play center.

Her subsequent career took her to then British Telecoms Plc. (BT), Multinational Sales and Service where she provided technical and administrative support both to the Sales, Marketing, PR and the top hierarchy of Executive Management of the firm.

Since returning to Nigeria in 2003, Rae has focused on her Interior Design and Image Consultancy work where she helps people achieve a sophisticated and elegant blend of style and function whether in the office or home environment. Working with other like-minds, Rae has pooled together resources for philanthropy work across the country, she continues to provide support for children and advocate better welfare for women and children.

Rae is a public speaker and works with organizations and schools to provide guidance to children in vulnerable circumstances whilst motivating youngsters through outdoor trips and visits to places of interest.

She is a graduate of English Language and Literature and is married with a daughter.

DJOyinkansola Fetuga grew up in the Premier University of Ibadan, where both of her parents were lecturers and inevitably attended both the University Staff School and the International school. She went on to successfully complete a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics at the University of Lagos.

After her BSc, she decided to follow her heart and pursue her dream in the interior decorating world. She did her NYSC and worked for a few years with Design Options Ltd in Lagos, Nigeria. In these years, she enrolled in and completed a number of short interior decorating courses in the UK. She harnessed her love of colour and passion for creating beautiful spaces into a thriving interior design and soft furnishing business: CURTAINS&MORE by Oinx Ventures which she has run for over 15 years.

Oyinkansola, a Strong Lover of God and Born again Christian is quite active in her local church, RCCG, City of David, Victoria Island, Lagos, where she contributes her time generously as a Counsellor and Life Encourager.

She loves People, Theatre, Music, Reading, Swimming, Travelling and Dressing well. She always strives to bring a lot of Joy, her wealth of knowledge, excellence and professionalism into all her endeavours.

Abiodun Ayoola graduated from the UCL School of Pharmacy, London, with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in 1990. She later obtained a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from The school of Pharmacy and Pharmacology, University of Bath. She has a broad Pharmaceutical experience in both the United Kingdom and Nigeria. She is currently an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Lagos.

She has served on various boards, Committees and Panels of the University of Lagos and has published widely in top scientific journals both internationally and nationally. Biodun Ayoola has a passion for academic excellence at all levels and believes that every child has a right to quality education. Biodun enjoys traveling, reading and watching movies. She is married to Akin Ayoola and they have four lovely children.

_ADE1584Oluwakemi Mary Adewoye is the head of Meadow Hall Foundation. In her role as head of the foundation, she provides strategic direction, leadership and drives collaboration with public and private sector stakeholders. She has worked in the public and private sectors of the education systems in the United States and Nigeria. She has over 10 years’ experience in teaching, professional development, and school improvement.

Oluwakemi is an advocate for the empowerment of teachers and bridging the gap between privileged and underprivileged students. She believes every Nigerian child should have access to quality basic education and is an active subscriber to the maxim that the quality of an education system cannot surpass the quality of its teachers. She taught mathematics at the British International School Lagos and Intermediate School 78 in New York. She has collaborated with various non-profits including the Tosin Jegede Foundation (1Child 1Book) and Freedom Foundation’s Bethesda Child Support Agency to design, develop, and deliver school improvement and professional development programmes in a number of public and private underprivileged schools across Lagos.

She is a 2004 City University of New York Teaching Opportunity Scholar and elected to ‘Who’s Who among Students in American Universities & Colleges’, in 2006. She holds a B.Sc. Degree in Computer and Information Science, and M.Sc. Degree in Mathematics Education both from Brooklyn College, City University of New York. She, also, holds a Social Sector Management Certificate from the Enterprise Development Centre of Pan African University and is currently completing a Ph.D. Degree in Education with a specialization in Assessment, Evaluation and Accountability at Walden University.
