EDUCATION CONVENTION 2020

Education Convention provides an opportunity for various stakeholders (teachers, school leaders, school owners, policy makers, community leaders and government officials) to come together in order, to gain fresh perspectives on pertinent educational issues from their interactions with Nigerian teachers and educational experts.

Theme for the 4th edition of our annual convention is “The Future of Education: Technology and Human Connections.”

Meadow Hall Foundation’s Education Convention provides an opportunity for teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to gain fresh perspectives on pertinent educational issues from their interactions with Nigerian teachers and educational experts.

The Education Convention is an annual event and this is the fourth edition themed, “The Future of Education: Technology and Human Connection”.

This event will take place on Saturday, 25th April 2020 at Landmark Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The duration of the event is from 8am to 5pm. Registration starts at exactly 8am while the event kicks off with the main panel session at 9am. Kindly note that, the annual Inspirational Educator Awards will commence on or before 4pm, same day.

The Inspirational Educator Awards (INSEA) is an annual merit award aimed at honoring teachers and school leaders dedicated to imparting lifelong learning in their students, schools and communities. This prestigious award recognises, rewards and promotes excellence in teaching and advocacy for the profession.

This event comprises:

  1. Annual lecture from our key note speaker
  2. Panel discussions (main panel, ‘stories worth sharing’ and Q&A panel session
  3. Workshops
  4. Inspirational Educator Awards (INSEA)

To participate at this event, visit www.meadowhallfoundation.org/educationconvention to fill the registration form. Kindly select your preferred workshop session. You can only participate in one per time as the workshop sessions occur concurrently.

No, registration is not free. The cost of the conference however, has been highly subsided to a sum of N5, 000 (Five Thousand Naira Only) if you register online on or before 21st April 2020. Please note that registration at the event venue may attract a higher fee (terms and conditions apply).

Yes, you may. But at a higher fee and please note that you might not get all the conference materials. Registration before event day helps us plan adequately.

Yes. 10% discounts are available for group registrations of 10 and more participants.

Online registration closes midnight, 23rd April 2020.

Yes. Participants will receive certificate of participation at the venue. Please note that, if you make payments after deadline or at the venue, you may have to get an e-certificate which will be sent to you post-event.
