Dr. Kehinde Nwani
She is the Founder and Group CEO of Meadow Hall Group, which she built from inception into a resilient, multi-entity education conglomerate. Founded in 2002 with just 24 children, Meadow Hall has grown under her leadership into a diversified education group spanning basic education, teacher education, consulting, resources, and edutainment achieving over 2000% revenue growth and employing more than 500 staff.
She also serves as the Visionary Leader and CEO of Lagos Preparatory and Secondary School, an established institution she strategically acquired and repositioned, providing clarity of direction, governance strength, and long-term sustainability.
While retaining ultimate leadership and stewardship responsibility for these institutions, Dr. Nwani is today less involved in day-to-day operations, having intentionally built leadership teams, systems, and succession pathways that enable operational leaders to thrive. This transition allows her to focus more deeply on mission-driven leadership formation, education reform, and human capital development.
Dr. Nwani is the Managing Director and CEO of Mead Consulting Services, where she works with founders, boards, school owners, high-net-worth individuals, and senior leaders on strategic planning, leadership development, governance, organisational transformation, and succession planning.
Her primary current focus is the building of non-profit and capacity-building movements across Africa through initiatives such as The Becoming Network (TBN), A Beautiful Life (ABL), AFRITEACH, and the Transformational Teachers Network (TTN).
She holds a Doctorate from the University of Leicester and a Master’s degree from the University of Nottingham, with Executive Certifications from Harvard Business School, Harvard Kennedy School, and Stanford University.
Across education, consulting, governance, succession, mentorship, and faith-based leadership, Dr. Kehinde Nwani’s work is united by one enduring truth:
She is a cultivator of human potential building institutions that grow people, and people who go on to build institutions of their own.
As an educator and an astute entrepreneur, Dr. Kehinde Nwani never relents in her efforts in raising the bar of excellence in the educational sector. In 2014, she commenced the first educational franchise scheme in Nigeria; offering various educational franchise opportunities to investors. Meadow Hall is now a choice destination for parents who desire quality international education for their wards with a fine blend of the Nigerian culture and spiritual development.
